This Google site Kete was developed as a result of a 2025 Teach NZ Sabbatical, undertaken by Keryn King - RTLB Practice leader in Cluster 28, Ngā Hau e whā, in Aotearoa NZ.
During the sabbatical, Keryn collated information from a range of research articles and material on the theme of Culturally Sustaining Pedagogy (CSP). Keryn also invited teachers to contribute ideas from their own teaching experiences working with diverse language learners via a Google Form.
A range of practical activities have been curated into a kete for teachers and schools to use to enhance and strengthen CSP and are presented on each themed page in the Google site.
