Kotahi te Kākano, he nui ngā hua o te rākau

A tree comes from one seed but bears many fruit.

If you have suggestions for podcast topics, we’d love to hear from you. You can reach out to Ve or the podcast team.

Meet our Co-Hosts:

  • Corrinne Devitt, a Practice Leader from Cluster 18

  • Ve Grant-Lawlor, an RTLB from Cluster 29

Our aim is to have something actionable from every episode that either, connects, inspires, or uplifts. We intend being inclusive of Te Reo Māori in our language and using a whakatauki as a way to guide the intention of each episode.

We will be discussing all things RTLB-related and topics include:

  • Discussions with Katheryn Berkett and Jase Williams regarding trauma-informed practice in schools and how to help support both the teachers and students,

  • RTLBs as agents of change,

  • RTLB Therapy Dogs in Schools,

  • Discussions with tamariki, whānau, kaiako, LSCs, SENCo’s with advice on what works for them and how to tweak our practice to get the most out of our partnerships

  • And so much more

Podcast will be released on Spotify every fortnight on Rāmere/Friday. We are learning as we go, so please be kind.
