The behaviours I want to sprout and flourish are the ones to which I try to give the most attention. Then I look at "...the perspectives...[I] have unintentionally carried into this moment..." and I realise that I might still be giving my attention to other, more challenging behaviours. And that's just one insight from this quality quote!
