Kia ora RTLB colleagues,

I'm looking for RTLB who would be willing to contribute to my Term 4 sabbatical research.

Sabbatical title: Culturally Responsive Use of the CPS Model to Support Māori Ākonga with Learning Needs and High Absenteeism

My sabbatical will explore whether and how the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model can be used in a culturally responsive way to support Māori ākonga with additional learning needs who are experiencing high absenteeism.

I'm seeking RTLB who would be willing to:

• complete a short survey, and/or

• participate in an interview to share their experiences and perspectives.

Whether you have experience using CPS, supporting Māori learners, working alongside whānau, or addressing attendance and engagement challenges, I'd greatly appreciate your contribution.
