Alcohol in Pregnancy Listener Article
The article in the Listener last month is a must read, unfortunately it is behind a paywall but I was lucky enough to have friend give me the February issue, with the article in it. I have scanned it and attached here. Of note is Dr Valerie McGinn's observation that "professional women represent the second-highest group of drinkers with risks of having babies wioth FASD". Sadly also she notes "Most kids with FASD currently slip through and are not diagnosed in New Zealand. They tend to get stood down then excluded from school for not learning and behaving like neurotypical children".
