My key takeaway was really just confirmation that RTLB play a crucial role in rural schools. It's tricky, developing practices which, while they may look different from those in urban settings, still show fidelity to our values, principles, etc.
I'm proud to be working in those tiny schools. Long may there be a place for them in New Zealand.
