Practice in Secondary Kura CoP

We are a group of RTLB practitioners working predominantly within a secondary context. We have formed this Community of Practice to explore impactful and sustainable ways to practice including:

• effective approaches when collaborating with groups of kaiako, faculty leaders, senior leaders

• research and approaches that take into account adolescent brain development

To support the RTLB Aotearoa Secondary Kura Mahi rōpū we are setting up a kanohi ki te kanohi CoP online. The purpose of this CoP is to provide an opportunity to discuss and problem-solve around secondary practice.
