Hui organisation in the Secondary space
I am sure we can all agree that it can be quite a challenge to get a group of secondary kaiako together to meet!
I developed this form out of desperation to try and get a group of kaiako together and it has proven to be extremely useful for hui organisation in Secondary schools.
I am hoping this link works! It is a planner to assist with seeing when kaiako can attend meetings using the drop down boxes. When others can see each others availability, they seem more likely to respond. It is a simple way to get people together as they can all see who can come and when.
You should just be able to make a copy and edit the times you are offering. I am hoping you find it useful.
