Following on from our last CPS webinar - Here is the Science of Learning Teacher Observation template that we have been trialling at Cluster 7. Feel free to use. We've found it useful when observing a lesson. Afterwards we discuss one or two areas to focus on, first highlighting what the teacher is doing already, and then asking the teacher what might be something they could consider next.
